Ningbo seafood in a cool old house. This place is rather hard to find, down a narrow alley in a non-renovated older neighborhood that looks like Beijing’s hutongs. It’s open to the outside, so best to go when the weather is good. The atmosphere can’t be beat, but the food is unknown.
