i visit beyondmandarin once with a friend of mine..he is from united states.and im a chinese girl....the girl from beyondmandarin serve my friend with coffee and me nothing..and i was sitting there just waiting, see what happens.....then nothing happened.. i complained about it to my  friend...then my friend told me :life is not fair.  it somehow pissed me off

I replied : foreigners are not the GOD....meanwhile we are both chinese...how can she do that? ..

later i didnt complain to any manager or other workers from there..tried to keep a low profile and forget about it...but today i still want to complain about it..

.we are all human beings..if u have coffee..i should have the same.;..no matter chinese ,american or other foreigners though ur target is teaching non-chinese speaking students who come to ur center...shit service...why chinese and foreigners in ur training center can be treat differently.im also chinese...and u r chinese too....why u treat foreigners like God and give me shit(cuz my friend also think he is the GOD)? i cant believe ...i dont care about a coffee or one cup of tea,,,this is about the discriminating treatment .......that girl for sure should get fired for that.if i were the boss..(but im not lol...)..training center or whatever service industry is helping ppl and serve ppl with the atmost pleasure..put the customer in the first place,but not differ ppl from different races,nationalities..unbelieveble...the girl is a little skinny with long hair..only care to talk to foreigners (my friend)and ignored me when i was talking to my friend..u r eager to teach chinese and help foreigners with chinese the intention is not wrong ..but ur attitude is completely wrong which makes urself unprofessional and u have no basic manner....i checked her educational background...so so ...she must be too poud of herself.but just a little girl who graduated from uni like my age....really gross i feel...the manager should pay attention to this to make ur service 100%  smoothly contribute to ALL  the ppl who come to learn chinese ,exchange languages and  enjoying time here....

Complain to the manager!  Ningbo Guide can't help you, we are only the advertising merchant.  How can a business know that there is a problem, unless someone complains?  Idiom: "the squeaky wheel gets the grease."

I don't believe anything this "Jessica 1986" writes on here, or in other forums.

She uses many different names when it suits her and she spams a lot.

My impression is that she has a huge chip on her shoulder.

This 'Jessica', complains about Chinese people NOT treating other Chinese people well in Beyond Mandarin.

This is NOT my experience.

I think there must be some misunderstanding, but anyway, I’m looking into the affair right now. If it’s true, I should say sorry. If not, we will still take it as a caution and work harder every day.

im not little crying baby, the thing i experienced on beyond mandarin is true..and no need to make up a story if it doesnt exist..im just telling the truth...customer's complaining can only urge the service to a better step ...jessica1986 is just only one..and i didnt write any spams here on ningbo guide..and i never use different names on ningboguide....craig can check it please..and please be careful with what you are talking here..and u dont know me at all...and i never tell u that im christian blabla thing.....meanwhile dont be judgemental about ppl ..

by the way.craig,ad part has comment button here so that means it has the possibility for ppl to write sth here .and i dont have the interest to complain to the manager cuz i will not visit it again..here is the fast way...but like you said if here is business advertisement,you can take the comment button out..then i will not write anything any more..im sorry for this... maybe u can take all the comments out if you think it is not proper....thank you
