Ningbo Swimming and Fitness Center is a 30,000 square foot sports complex. It contains two indoor Olympic-sized swimming pools, one outdoor diving pool, a yoga center, fitball aerobics, and a table tennis hall. There is a small shopping area with stores selling athletic equipment. There are also hip-hop dancing lessons at 3pm, and Ningbo's only hip-hop club, Edge Wolf, is located inside. The gates are open late to accomodate Edge Wolf as well as another Chinese disco in the swim center.

• Swimming ticket: ¥15-35 per person (cheaper in winter, higher in summer).
• Swimming pass for one year: ¥2000
• Swimming pass for two years: ¥3180.
• Swimming pass for half a year A series: ¥1500
• Swimming pass for half a year B series: ¥1000. This is a kind of off-season card, you cannot use this card in June, July, August or September.
• Fitness one-day ticket: ¥50
• Fitness pass for one year: ¥2580 (4th floor)
• Fitness pass for two years: ¥4180
• Fitness "Sunny Card" for one year: ¥1280. Limited to 9am - 4pm only.
• Fitness personal trainer: ¥100-200/hour
• Rock climbing: ¥20 (1st floor)
• Simulated golf: ¥200 for the first hour, ¥100 for each hour after that. (3rd floor)
• Table tennis: ¥20/hour, ¥25 on weekends. VIP room: ¥30/hour ¥35/hour on weekends. (2nd floor)
• Squash: ¥50/hour, ¥20 for racket rental. (3rd floor)
• Snooker: ¥40/hour (3rd floor)
