Artists Village is an organization for folk artists in Ningbo. They formed an internet forum to talk about art, and they organize many art activities. They often go to the countryside on weekends, have a picnic, and paint beautiful scenes of nature. Artists Village recently held a sale of their work for the benefit of poor children, and they plan to do more charity activities. Artists Village is open to everyone in Ningbo.

The chief of Artists Village is Sun Xing Xu, a folk artist who works in oils. He is a native Ningbonese and his day job is a math teacher in a primary school. His studio is located near the entrance of the Hang Yong highway.
