The Ningbo International Trade Mart (official name, "International Permanent Show Center for Electrical Appliances and Electronics Products") opened on November 23rd, 2006. It is located at the Ningbo International Exhibition Center on Huizhan Road. The Ningbo Trade Mart is a permanent exhibition of trade goods. Everyone knows about the annual trade shows, such as the China International Consumer Goods Fair (June), the China International Fashion Trading Fair (October), and the Zhejiang Investment & Trade Symposium (June). However, the Ningbo Trade Mart is an exhibition that never ends. Specializing in home electrical appliances and electronics products, the Trade Mart has more than 78,000m² of floor space. As the Trade Mart develops, the categories of exhibits will expand to include stationery, sports & leisure goods, gifts, handicrafts, machinery and hardware products, and others. The building is divided into two areas:

1. Show Area, with more than 1400 standard booths.
2. Business Area, with more than 17,000m² of office space.

Businesses located in the Trade Mart will receive preferential treatment. Ningbo Customs has an office nearby - no more delays. Office space is for rent - the cost is very low. Sign a 3-year contract, and get years 1 and 2 at a 50% discount. Rental fees between ¥1.6 and ¥3.2 per square meter, with deep discounts available. Floors 1-3 are for the Show Area, and floors 4-6 are for the Business Area. Most offices are 80-100m². Save by using only half an office.
