Chaoyongxuan is an excellent Cantonese restaurant. Located in Jiangbei district, about 5 minutes away from Lao Waitan. It's right next to the Yuyao river park, so after dinner, you can have a nice walk. The Cantonese food is closer to what most Westerners would consider "Chinese food". There are familiar dishes such as sweet & sour pork and fried rice. However, the food is exellent by any standard, and they also have exotic dishes, to test any palate. The menu is in English and Chinese. The decor is quite tasteful, with chandeliers and fancy place settings. A great place to impress your guests.
