Brazilian Steak House is Ningbo's best place to eat meat. It's located in Century Plaza, in the same building as Ala Bar and Parker Bar. Decorated in the national colors of Brazil, a striking green and gold theme, this restaurant serves authentic Brazilian style steak and barbecued dishes. All meat is prepared by cooks from Brazil. There is a buffet with different Chinese and foreign foods, soups, salads, and side dishes. The chefs come directly from the kitchen with the meat impaled on swords and cooked to perfection. It's cut to order at your table, right onto your plate. Dinner is only ¥78, and lunch is ¥58 on weekdays and ¥68 on Saturday and Sunday, including free soft drinks.  Tsingtao beer is only ¥16 per bottle, and Tiger beer is on draft by the pitcher or by the pint. Red wine is available by the bottle, and a selection of liquors are also available.

The lunch set is a set includes main course of your choice, one vegetable, soup and a little bit of fruit. There is a Chinese set from ¥22 to ¥35 and Western set from ¥30 to ¥38. On special request, the lunch set is also available for dinner.

A meatless meal is available for ¥10 less. Children 1 meter to 1.2 meters, half price; less than 1 meter, free. No takeout.

Its funny, I know the chef

Its funny, I know the chef quite a while now, since he had a little braszilian in Ninghai, wich was way to forward for the Ninghai ppl, but surely my only resort of proper food. Unfortunalty he moved to Ningbo half a year before me. I lost at least 3 kilo in this time:).

Interesting to see him moving again, but one is for sure, he and his crew do the most awesome meat in town, no doubts. So for the meatlovers like myself whereever he is, its da place to be:)

for a chief owner correct recipe is:

2 tsp coarse salt
1 lime wedge
3 oz white tequila
1 oz triple sec
2 oz lime juice
1 cup crushed ice

Place salt in a saucer. Rub rim of a cocktail glass with lime wedge and dip glass into salt to coat rim thoroughly, reserve lime. Pour tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and crushed ice into a blender. Blend well at high speed. Pour into a cocktail glass.
