I'm a native English speaker (British) and my spoken Chinese is not too bad, but not as good as I want it to be.
I'm looking for someone who is Chinese who can help me to improve my vocabulary and advise me when my pronunciation is wrong.
In return I can help you with the same.
Ideally this person should already be able to speak quite good English but, like me, just wants to improve their range and do some polishing up.
If you are interested, you must be available 2 or 3 times every week around 6 or 7 o' clock in the evening, for example preferably able to begin around 6.15pm

I'd just like to say thanks to everyone who responded.
I maybe didn't make it clear in my post that I was looking for a study partner who could meet with me regularly face to face.
I don't ever use the likes of MSN or QQ, and I don't think that's the best way to go when learning a language.
Once again, though, thanks to all!
Just to save anyone else wasting their valuable time and energy, I'd like to say that I've found a very suitable language partner.
I'd also like to point out that I am actually in Ningbo.
This seems to have escaped the attention of the many people from Shanghai, Beijing, and even (yep) Montreal, Canada, who responded to my plea for help.
Why anyone who is Chinese and living in Montreal would be stuck for someone to practice speaking English with remains a mystery to me.
