Some news reported of Creative Park named "Xin Zhi 8" opening in Haishu district .
Just read some paper news about "Xin Zhi 8"Creative Park (新芝8号 创意园)opened 8th of Aug., multi-purpose spaces with loft-style transformed from old 1950s factory buildings.
Does anyone know of it more ,and have visited it yet ?

From what I gather it's private art studios and some interior design/architecture type stuff. There's a somewhat similar district in Shanghai near one of the rivers I think. Not sure how well it will prosper here though.
Go straight north from Au chan supermarket of Hai shu district ,or the location is both seated close to river side in opposite of Ningbo Grand Theater of Jiang bei district.

200-300 meters from Auchan haishu store, it was a factory before..
I dont recommand this site for office, it is not cheap for rent.
