31 Degrees North Latitude Bar is on busy Zhong Shan road, at the end of a long hallway. Turn left, and enter a large bar with plenty of room. Flags of different nations decorate the dance area, though some of them are upside-down. Have a seat at one of the many tables on the first floor, or at the long bar. Karaoke is the main attraction here. However, there are few English songs, and the Chinese songs are dreadful. On the plus side, there's lots of space on the dance floor to get down. There are only a few bar girls here, just enough to keep the place running. Curiously, in the corner behind some glass, there is a fully set up camping tent. The even larger second floor is closed off.
