Formerly known as Harley Bar, this bar has been totally gutted and reconstructed.  Whereas the old bar was somewhat seedy, this new Harley & Germany Bar is quite nice inside.  It's nice and roomy, with wood everywhere and a secluded second floor for private parties.  There are a variety of amusements: a pool table, darts, shuffleboard, foosball, and even a punching dummy next to the DJ booth.

But what do you expect from a "German" bar?  German Beer!   There is Paulaner on tap, only the second place in Ningbo to offer German draft beer.  There are a lot of imported bottled beers including Weihenstephaner, Valenting, Lowenweisse, Hoegaarden, and Newcastle.

However, if you want to order a brand of alcohol whose bottle hasn't been opened, prepare to pay twice the amount. In other words, my friend wanted Grey Goose, but since the bottle hadn't been opened before, he would have had to pay twice the normal amount for a drink.
