Cnool Bar is an comfortable, easy bar near Han Cheng Yuan. It has a friendly staff who speak minimal English. The cool, hip decorations are a nice change from most Chinese bars. There is a second bar upstairs, but it isn't often manned. The clientele is mostly foreign trade staff, factory management, local residents, and friends of the owner. Cnool Bar also has karaoke with a limited English selection. A small bar to relax in on the west side of Ningbo.
