After I was served a pretty bad quality Tsingtao here and let the 3 people I was with taste it (they turned green or ran to the toilet) I asked the waitress for a new one.After 5 min she came back to me and said the beer was fine "because it was not past the expiry date".I still wanted another as this beer smelled like a toilet.After talking again to the waitress + duty manager I had to discuss for 10 min to get a new beer..................which in the end I did not get. I couldn't believe it !Customer service still has to go a long way in China and especially at Bourbon bar.Back to O'reilly's after that for a good old Hoegaarden beer , served with a smile and right taste.Guess where I won't be going anymore.......

Sorry to hear that, Bourbon Street is usually pretty good. You probably got a counterfeit Tsingtao, they're about 1/4 the price of regular Tsingtao from the beer distributor. You probably got the runaround because businesses aren't used to this sort of thing where people can share experiences - they just give you a product and expect you to like it.
