Windsor Bar is located on the first floor of the Citic hotel, one of Ningbo's five-star hotels. An English-speaking staff will engage you in conversation and answer any questions you might have about Ningbo. The manager, Shirley, is particularly amicable. A pool table and darts are available. A tabletop shuffleboard game is also for rent by the hour. A large projection screen plays DVDs or local television. A nice place to get a few drinks and relax.
