Shamrock is one of Ningbo's two Irish-style pubs. With a cozy atmosphere, real Irish beer on tap (in proper pint glasses), and a pool table, Shamrock is easily one of the best bars in the city. It opens at 11 in the morning, and stays open late. Pool is ¥5, sign up on the chalkboard to play. An LCD projection screen shows movies and videos. The computer in the corner is a free public internet terminal - it also handles the music system. Subway sandwich shop is located next to Shamrock, you can order food and have it delivered to your table! Every visitor to Lao Waitan should stop here.
