Casa Maya is the first authentic Mexican restaurant in Ningbo. It’s located Ningbo’s fashionable Lao Waitan. Casa Maya is well decorated with beautiful bright oranges and natural woods. It has a Mexican chef direct from Guanajuato, serving the authentic flavor of Mexican cuisine. Foods like enchiladas, nachos, quesadillas, tacos, chile con carne, and of course most dishes come with refried beans and rice. If you don’t care for spicy food, then the waiter can take requests for the heat level (Mexican or Very Mexican).

Casa Maya is very English-friendly, as most of the staff speak English, and the menu is all in English. The beautiful manager, Angy (also from Mexico) can take orders in Spanish, and she always keeps an eye on the needs of the customers.

The bar on the first floor is quite appealing with its comfortable tables and sofas. It serves many different kinds of margaritas, traditional and new, such as mango, apricot, lichee, and Acapulco, just to mention a few.

Every weekend, Casa Maya is open for brunch from 11:00am to 4:00pm, serving omelets, fresh salads, and others with reasonable prices less than ¥50.
