The website has been blocked by the Great Firewall, I'm afraid. It doesn't matter because the link is 404 anyway. Try this link on Blogspot, as apparently Blogspot has been unblocked for the duration of the Olympic games. Posting comments, however, takes you to blogger.com, which remains blocked. A diabolically clever setup, if you ask me.
I only glanced through a few, but htey are kind of disturbing if you ask me. I don't know what to think, a little innapplropriate perhaps, given the circumstances? Maybe i'm just overly sensitive...
Where were these originally published? Anyone know?
My immediate thought as an "outsider" wasn't patriotism. As I said, I thought they were rather strange and seemingly insensitive. Perhaps that is why they were blocked - because of how they might come across, even if their intention was good.
My browser won't open the link, can you clarify- these are not actually comics, correct? The artist just happens to be a comic book artist?

A nationalist Chinese comic book artist drew them, based on newspaper accounts of heroism after the earthquake.

So why do you think that site was blocked by the gov.? They are obviously patriotic and I can't think of why they would be considered blockworthy.
