Avoid this airline like a pleague
Let me share my very bitter experience with you. You be aware and do not even get any closer to this "national airline". (I am angry).
To begin with, this is not a Chinese airline. To avoid defemination suit (!) I won't mention the name. You can ask me in private for the name.
Back in my home country I purchased a ticket with this airline. It is a national airline owned by a goverment. However, the airline has no office or branch and they do not have a website!?! (This sounds very interesting as I never thought there would be a national airways, run by goverment and has no website). You can not find any information as to where you can get a ticket from this airline. The only way is to call the embassy of that country and ask for the telephone number. After doing so, it turned out to be that one local private travel ageny is dealing with the ticketing of this airline. To have the ticket is not easy either. You have to pay by cash as they do not have mechanism to accept the credit card. Also you have to go by yourself to the office to have your ticket issued. They do not simply issue the ticket during the check in. (By the way, they fill in the ticket with an ink pen...they have not heard of a computer yet!). Anyway... now I am in China. Due to the problematic visa situation, I decided to go back my country one month earlier. I called the related office in Beijing. They informed me that I have to show up at their office personally to have the change made!!! What a crap? I have to go to beijing for just alteration of the date! This guys have no idea how far Beijing from Ningbo is. Maybe they never studied geograpy. Another fun with this company is that they fly to Beijing instead of Shanghai. If you want to visit Ningbo, Shanghai or Guangzhou you should take another flight. Why in the earth they fly only upto Beijing where normally most of the passengers visit Shanhai. I will never know. Anyway... another problem is that I have to show up at their office not later than 3 days before the flight. That means I have to go to Beijing 3 days before, get my ticket filled in and then wander around in Beijing for 3 whole days!!! This guys need a good lesson. Oh, I forgot to tell you that they do not print boarding pass either. They just scribble on a paper your seat number with an inkpen.
Avoid this airline at all cost!!!

come on...no baloney about defamation suit...let's hear the airline's name.
