last time ,I tried to find a ATM machine in ningbo can use International bank card like visa ,mastercard and son on ,but failed .

luckily let me find Hang Seng bank (Hongkong)Ningbo Branch(恒生银行宁波支行) in Yaohang street,there is a ATM can use initernational card,it seems easily help you get some cash by your own bank credit besides chinese bank card.Hangseng bank (Hongkong) should be a first foreign bank opened in Ningbo last December ,hehe,I bet in coming future ,there will be some others enter to Ningbo market like shanghai,by the way ,green logo is a obvious sign to catch our sight , I found a big difference between western and chinese culture is we like red rather than green, and the address of this bank is in opposite of Church nearby Tianyi square,its main service for doing individual investment and financing through buying exchange rate between USD and hk dollar and chinese stocks of Hongkong.

 If I didn't memory incorrectly ,some hotel as well has similar ATM to use such as Shelaton .
