Ningbo Power Bureau launches new English website

The Ningbo Jiangdong Power Supply Bureau of the State Grid Corporation of China has launched its new English-langauge website. This useful, easy-to-read site includes such information as the rolling blackout schedule, Q&A, a 24 hour service hotline, and much more. However, the "check your bill online" part is still under construction. Check out their great website today! And thanks to them for providing this great resource!
