if you prefer to the good quality and convinient location ,I can suggest some ,two years ago I did this task as well.

1.Hualian office building(华联写字楼) (next to the old intime department store,close Tianyi square),the rent price is only in the medium ,environment is clean including lifts,and they should have small square offices available.

2.Dragon Square(恒隆中心),a new building opening just this year ,close to Gulou (bell tower),not far from Tianyi square as well ,it is very new and good decoration ,good property service ,but should be high price ,oh ,I remebered there is a new office service available offering in 13th floor like  only moving you in ,anything related of Office is ready for your company ,they have meeting room ,receptionist,computer ,phone ,internet,anything,it should be suitable for Soho,surely the price is not cheap .

3.How about  locate your office in Dong hai shu guang(东海曙光),on the side of zhong shan dong lu ,not far from Shereton Hotel,the double floors type is  particular and square of offices mostly are big more than 100M2,the price  is ok ,in medium.

4.ok,last one ,He bang da cha( 和邦大厦），nearby Waida square ,newer since two years,I like its lift ,spacious and clean,the traffic is convenient by bus  or taxi.

 If you don't like your office surrounding noisy center ,why not choose far away ones ,the above two are located in east suburb of city with spacious sight and quiet atmosphere ,but cost by car only 15 minutes,this area is approach to new future CBD(being built) ,Ningbo municipal building will be fixed there .
