As far as I can tell, all of the sushi in Ningbo is frozen.  You need fresh to get that flavor, and more importantly, the texture.

Inoyama?  I don't know anyone who's been there.  Seems like an expensive tourist trap - the sign outside is only in English.  And the sushi has to be frozen just like everywhere else...

I'm no expert on sushi, but I know what like, and I must like frozen sushi! Do you know where I can buy it so I can have it at home with some hot Sake!!
