So, the big time is almost here - the bridge opens on Thursday! Only 2 1/2 hours to Shanghai, or so they say. We'll see what the traffic condition is like - it could become worse than the Hangyong Expressway. One bus company said 3 to 3 1/4 hours, which is hardly an improvement over the existing 4 hour trip! If it's 3 hours by bus, I might go by express train instead: it's only 3 1/2 hours, and you can walk around, buy beer and snacks, and even use the toilet. Plus, there are no noisy movies or constant horn honking. But, if the trip is only 2 1/2 hours, then that's worth it.
it said the bridge will be open at night of May 1st not in the morning ,does anyone hear this news ,or I am the last one know it ,hehe!
Good luck!
