Well ,last year the cost of living in ningbo rised a little because of small range  inflaton,especially ,the average price of food rised  reach to 5%  point ,  beginning at  meat ,egg and then effect most of products, local TV still cost ¥14  ,not changed in this field, and about  internet service from china telecom cost 90  per month  and ¥ 80 per month if you order  half year,  ¥70  if you fix one year  ,the biggest change  rised in  real estate ,the local  apartment price averagely  peaks at 15% point last year the data from newspaper ,it sounds  more  expensive  houses  become farer  away from our  public  persons(), surely it directly will  influence rent monthly  to  higher for us,  sigh ,wish everything rised can be stablized this year by some policy and strategy from   goverment .
