Helan Mountain lies in the west part of Ningxia Plain, and once was the hunting and living place for many ethnic minorities. Helan Mountain Rock Painting is the reflection of these minorities’ production and life as important cultural monuments. Helan Mountain Rock Paintings are mainly distributed in the north and south sides of cliffs of Helan Mountain. The rough shape, wealthy material and simple composition reflect the ancient times and even earlier periods of Chinese nomadic way of life. Tickets: ¥10.

Formerly known as Hades, they are the leader of China’s Death Metal scene. Formed way back in 1993, they are considered an immortal legend in the development of Chinese metal music.
