Helan Mountain lies in the west part of Ningxia Plain, and once was the hunting and living place for many ethnic minorities. Helan Mountain Rock Painting is the reflection of these minorities’ production and life as important cultural monuments. Helan Mountain Rock Paintings are mainly distributed in the north and south sides of cliffs of Helan Mountain. The rough shape, wealthy material and simple composition reflect the ancient times and even earlier periods of Chinese nomadic way of life. Tickets: ¥10.

This local opera troupe offers traditional Ningbo style entertainment. On June 22nd, they perform Forest Legend and on June 23rd, Xun’an Zhan Fu. Led by famous actress Xiao Ya. 7pm both nights.
