Hello and Welcome to Ningbo, China!

Ningbo, China 中国宁波 is a city in Zhejiang Province, on the eastern coast near Shanghai. A powerhouse of the Yangtze river delta, Ningbo has a strong manufacturing sector and has many factories which make high-quality, inexpensive goods for export, particularly textiles, stationary, auto parts, and consumer goods. The port in Beilun District is the best natural deep-water port in East China. Ningbo is one of the greenest cities in China, with beautiful urban scenery. Ningbo Guide is for all of Ningbo's English-speaking community. Local people, foreigners, and visiting expats are all equally welcome.

The Ningbo Jiangdong Power Supply Bureau of the State Grid Corporation of China has launched its new English-langauge website. This useful, easy-to-read site includes such information as the rolling blackout schedule, Q&A, a 24 hour service hotline, and much more.  However, the "check your bill online" part is still under construction.
